Practice Nurses

Our team of nurses is able to deal with contraceptive services, dietary advice, smoking cessation advice, immunisations and holiday vaccinations, wound care, minor illnesses and injuries, and they help run our clinics.

Counsellor

We have an in-house Counsellor available at both our Brixham and Galmpton surgeries.

Health Visitor

We now have a Health Visitor dedicated to Compass House Medical Centres.  She is based at The Brixham Clinic, tel:  (01803) 853374.  She runs baby clinics, parenting courses, child development checks and can help with a variety of problems from immunisation advice to parenting support.

Midwives

If you are pregnent, please contact eith the surgery initially to make an appointment with the Christi midwife team, or telephone: (01803) 853903.

District Nurses

They are attached to the practice and will visit you in your home if you are unable to come to the surgery.  Please use this service only if you truly cannot come out of your home.
